It sounded exciting, it sounded terribly fresh, new and unknown; we knew it would be more challenging than anything else in our (married) life till now. We also figured if we don't do this now, then when??? So in our hearts we knew there was an acceptance of the offer before all its details trickled in. Its not been a year, but the sheer newness of it all is fun.

4 bits of gyaan:
So if you got offered a position back in India or some other new exciting country which one would you take?
think VE...RY carefully before you answer this question. because i'll smash your face if you choose india! not that india isn't great, you know me.. hehe.. hope you don't have any regrets about coming here. i most certainly don't. i must have done something good in my existence, because someone up there brought both of you into my life. :)...
oue hakuna- the question is whether i would choose india over another position (from here) or not./...
and the answer, penny, is I have no idea. I have learnt never to say never (besides which, it sounds good), but I think given professional equality between the two choices, the 'new place' might have an edge.
please note the number of exit options I have left myself in that statement:)
oh, i didn't get that. i'm so drunk bubbly. i can't even give a proper response. god...
